St Canice’s Cathedral has been an important site of Christian worship since the 6th century. For both pilgrims and tourists alike, the Cathedral remains both a hallowed place and one of significant historical interest. They offer school tours of the cathedral. All group visits must be booked in advance. If a cathedral guide is required this must be indicated at the time of booking (Self-guidance is allowed). A cathedral guide will not be available if one is not requested at the time of booking.
