Rafting.ie has a special program for students that consist in a 2-part module. Module 1: they send 20 questions, in the format of a research paper, to be done in school before the raft trip. Module 2: a 10 question survey is conducted with the students during the raft trip down the river. This relates directly to the research paper in module 1, making the connection for students between the research done in class and the living-breathing environment it relates to.
