Teen-Turn provides teen girls from disadvantaged areas work placements in technology career environments with top companies from all sectors in order to tackle the deficit of women in technology careers as well as bridge the divide between companies and their neighboring communities. By focusing on girls, Teen-Turn aims to influence course decision-making processes and inform its young participants on education and career options which otherwise may elude them.
