Both primary and secondary schools are well catered for at Wild Nephin Ballycroy National Park. Fieldwork study requirements of the Junior Certificate Science & Leaving Certificate Biology course are offered. The study takes place within the grounds of the Visitor Centre. The Education Centre aims to raise awareness of the natural world and of conservation. As this site is managed by the National Parks & Wildlife Service, school tour visits are permitted free of charge provided certain conditions are met.
