Coding Ireland provide primary schools with an easy to use Coding Curriculum and Teacher Training for how to teach coding. The Coding Curriculum is specifically designed to teach coding in Irish primary schools, from 1st to 6th class. It consists of coding lessons that introduce kids to coding and brings them through more and more advanced topics as they progress. The Coding Curriculum uses coding blocks, which are a visual programming language specifically designed for children to learn to code and create their own games, apps and interactive stories. Each lesson comes with step by step instructions on how to create the project and each step comes with images or videos explaining what to do.
